As a Happiness Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional after-sales support. You'll handle customer queries related to energy usage, billing, and tariffs, ensuring our customers feel confident and supported. Your ability to provide clear, friendly, and efficient assistance will be key to ensuring every customer feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent after-sales support through phone, email, and chat channels.
* Assist customers with billing, tariff, and usage enquiries, explaining our straightforward, no-hidden-costs approach.
* Resolve any service-related issues quickly and professionally.
* Offer advice to customers on how to maximise their energy savings.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the energy or utilities sector.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations with patience.
* Interest in the energy industry and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.
