We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join an established, technical organisation with offices in Ilkley (20 minute train from central Leeds). They have featured in both the The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and Financial Times fast growing companies.
This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Business Analyst who has worked on Product and Software Development (SDLC) projects within an Agile environment.
Alongside Product Owners, you will collaborate with data suppliers and stakeholders across the business, from the discovery phase of new initiatives through to implementation with delivery teams, to refine product requirements and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Business Analyst Key skills:
* Experience of the SDLC in a similar role
* Experience of Agile methodologies and creating user flows and data mapping
* Eye for identifying the underlying requirement/rationale
* Able to demonstrate awareness for a multi-year vision of the product roadmap
* Analytical thinking, can model requirements from high to low level of detail
* Flexible in approach, can identify and challenge assumptions
* Ability to collaborate with employees from all departments and at all levels within an organisation.
* Self-starting, can lead own work and build relationships across the business
You will be a motivated Business Analyst with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Business Analyst should have strong relationship building, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
